I didn't realise I had been lied to for years! I was eating food I was told was healthy but actually wasn't. I was creating huge inflammation in my body and I din't even realise it....worst I didn't realise it was causing my health challenges.

What doe the Your Health Revolution entail?

There are 5 e-books which you will be given a link to download when you purchase the program.

1st e-book is an introduction and outlines how to follow the program.

2nd e-book looks at what is holding you back from loosing weight. This is called your limiting belief ( what a limiting belief is will be outlined in the book). Often people believe they can’t lose weight because they have no will power/ lazy/like food too much etc. You will discover that many of these things are just symptoms of an underlying belief. Once you discover your limiting belief and recognise it for what it is you are able to really move forward with a healthier way of living. Without understanding this factor, you may always battle with losing weight and becoming healthy. This is why so many programs fail. All of this is explained in the book and we take you through a step by step process.

3rd e- book discovers your WHY. This is an important element as it will help you stay motivated and help you to make being healthy and fit a way of life, not a destination. All of this is clearly explained in the book and we take you through a step by step process

4th e- book looks at what food you should eat and more importantly WHY. WE debunk many of the food myths out there and explain in simple terms why certain so-called “healthy” food may actually be contributing to your health issues.

Within this e -book is a 10 day reboot- It is simple to follow and is designed to reduce inflammation in your body and rewire the brain. We need to reduce inflammation in order to increase energy, motivation and help you lose weight.

Our lifestyle does require you to change how you eat, but don’t worry we have also incorporated ways to still have your favourite treats.

Yes, the program is designed for both men and women. When you read the plan you will see how food selection can cater for both men and women. The exercise program can be scaled up or down to work for both men and women

I have children can they follow the eating plan?

As this the program does not require you to count calories or be restrictive in what you eat the whole family can follow this way of eating. We do not recommend that children under 18 do the 10 day reboot. Please make sure that you have a balanced array of food from  the suggestions to ensure adequate nutrients. If in doubt consult your medical consultant.
